- Providing bus facility daily to students during noon hours for lunch since it was approximately 1 km away from the college.
- Providing intercom facility to all departments.
- Layout and foundation of the new ladies hostel and library building.
- Annual Reports of all teachers, which was unattended for many years was completed on war footing face.
- Scrutiny and Stream lining of grade cards of students in academic unit, providing urban electricity connection to college for continuous power supply.
- Installing seven gold medals in different disciplines of the college by the donations of local people and the donors were felicitated in grand function with local leaders and MLAs.
- Establishment of a separate room for computers to staff and students, provision for better facility in the auditorium.
- Providing floodlight to garden in front of college.
- Conducting of Board of Studies meeting of UAS Dharwad and Board of Regents meeting of UAS Dharwad for the first time at Bheemarayanagudi campus.
- Installation of sign board of college, Saraswati statue at the entrance of main building.
- New seminar chairs kept in the store house were given to all departments for use since; there were no chairs for visitors and farmers.

I joined the college as Director of Instruction during 2001 and retired on 31st July 2002 . During eleven months of my stay, I had wonderful experience in my life.
The big building commonly called by local people as “Bhoot bangla” in a small forest area was converted as college with well planned garden in front of college, conversion of CADA guest house in to students hostel and avoiding trespassers for the hostel.
I took help of all students and staff for the development of college and other co-curricular activities.

I joined the college at the fag’ end of my service as Director of Instruction (Agri) and I had only six months for my retirement. I took into confidence of all staff (teaching and non-teaching) and students and decided to work in a team manner. I had good team members like Dr. Ramesh Babu, Dr. Nargund, Dr. Sreenivas, Dr. Dhanoji, Dr. Hanchinamani, Dr. Kuligod, Dr. Kulkarni, Dr. Fazal, Dr. Revanappa, Dr. Suresh Patil, Dr. Vendan….office staff viz.. Manikappa, Chatnalkar, Goudanaik, Desai, Shivappa, Agsimani, Chandrashekhar, Chavan including driver Vishwanath and many more.
The improvements or developments during my service are coming to my memory at this juncture are
